Registration Request

The parties to this Transfer Form request the Trustee to register the transfer of the below-named Units from the Transferor to the Transferee.

Instructions

The Transferror (Seller) should fill and sign this form in first instance. After the Transferror submits the form, it will be sent by email to the Transferee to check their details and also countersign. Once the Transferee submits the form, it will be sent to The SILC Group for processing. The SILC Group will contact you to confirm if any further information is required or to inform you that the registration of transfer has been complete.

Unless this is for a transfer of all your holdings, the number of units that will be tranferred will depend on the prevailing unit price
All distributions accured up to the date of registration of transfer by the Trustee will remain for the account of the Transferors.
The Trustee will not accept or handle consideration monies with respect to this transfer. It is to be paid by the Transferee directly to the Transferror.
Transfers will be processed at the next allotment date.

Declaration by the Transferor

I/We acknowledge that I/we will be bound by this Transfer Form, and the terms and conditions set out in the disclosure documents for Units in the Fund (and any application form included in or accompanying that disclosure document).

I/We warrant that I/We are the registered holder of the abovementioned Units and I/we are legally authorised and entitled to transfer the abovementioned Units to the Transferee free from any encumbrances.

I/We agree that this transfer is subject to acceptance by the Trustee and if a transfer fee is payable, it will not be processed until the transfer fee is paid. Unless the Trustee agrees, this request for transfer is irrevocable.

This declaration is given to, and for the benefit of, Specialised Investment and Lending Corporation Pty Ltd as the trustee of the Fund. I/We acknowledge that the Trustee may accept or reject any transfer of Units in its absolute discretion.

Declaration by the Transferee

I understand that if I am not an existing investor in the Fund, I must complete and submit an Application Form and provide required information for the Fund before this transfer is accepted.

I/We acknowledge that the Units in the Fund specified in this Transfer Form will (if the transfer is accepted by the Trustee) be transferred into my/our name(s) on the basis set out in this Transfer Form and the submitted Application Form.

I/We acknowledge and confirm that I/we have received all up to date disclosure information (including the information memorandum and if applicable, supplementary information memorandum) and trust deed for the Fund.

I/We acknowledge that I/we will be bound by this Transfer Form, and the terms and conditions set out in the disclosure document for Units in the Fund (and any application form included in or accompanying that disclosure document).

I/We agree to accept the abovementioned Units and to become a member of the Fund and to be bound by constitution/trust deed of the Fund on being registered as the holder of the abovementioned Units. This declaration is given to, and for the benefit of, Specialised Investment and Lending Corporation Pty Ltd as the trustee of the Fund.

If I am/we are an existing investor in the Fund, I/we confirm that unless otherwise notified to the Trustee, my/our information provided in connection to my investment remains correct and accurate.
